Order and payment confirmation
Submitting the cart does not take payment or automatically dispatch an order. We first confirm product availability, the order total, your selected payment method and the delivery details by email.
Dispatch and delivery timing
After payment has been received and confirmed, the order is prepared for dispatch. Expected delivery timing is provided during the order process because it may depend on the destination and current delivery conditions.
Discreet packaging
Orders are prepared in plain outer packaging. The outside of the parcel is kept discreet and does not display unnecessary product information.
Delivery address and phone number
Provide a complete delivery address and a working phone number at checkout. Check these details carefully before submitting the order and contact us immediately if anything needs to be corrected before dispatch.
Tracking and delivery delays
Tracking information is provided when available for the selected delivery service. Carrier delays or delivery disruptions can occasionally occur after dispatch, but we will help check the available shipment information when contacted.
Cancellations and wrong products
A refund is available only when cancellation is received and confirmed before the order is shipped. If we send the wrong product, you must report it within seven calendar days of receiving the order.
