How to Order
Choose your products, submit the cart and receive payment and delivery confirmation by email.
Add to cart
Use the green Add to Cart button. You can continue shopping and combine several products in one order.
Send your order
Review the cart, enter your delivery details and choose your preferred payment method. No payment is taken on the website.
Receive confirmation
We reply by email to confirm availability, payment instructions and the expected delivery arrangements.
Payment methods
You can select Thai Bank Transfer, Wise, Revolut, Western Union or International Bank Transfer during checkout. The correct payment details are sent after the order has been reviewed.
Shipping in Thailand
Shipping within Thailand is free. After payment has been received and confirmed, the order is prepared for discreet delivery. Expected timing and available tracking details are confirmed by email.
Cancellations and incorrect products
An order may be cancelled for a refund only before it has been shipped. If we send the wrong product, report it within seven calendar days of receiving the order so we can verify the issue and arrange the correct replacement.
